Claire Smith, CEO, (she/her)
Claire studied and training as a British Sign Language Interpreter and currently works as an Interpreter in Nottingham on a self employed basis. She has also recently completed the Instructability Course, qualifying her as a gym instructor to disabled clients. Claire was diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Condition at the age of 27.
Louisa Hackford-Gentle, Service Co-ordinator, (she/her)
Louisa has a background in healthcare, having a level three BTEC health and social care qualification as well as holding a diploma in Adult Nursing. One of her many passions include her pets, most notably her pet rats whom she adores and regularly spoils with treats and new toys.
Benjamin-Rose Ingall, Health & Wellbeing Co-ordinator, (they/them)
Benjamin-Rose is a non-binary (they/them) neurodiverse adult. They have studied psychology at undergraduate & postgraduate levels, and have a strong interest in human and animal psychology. They have three cats, Klaus, Ghoti (pronounced Fish), and Rorschach, whom they love deeply. They have worked for Autistic Nottingham for over a year as a Personal Assistant, and started working as Health & Wellbeing Coordinator in June 2020.
